The best things about being a Wedding Photographer are knowing how meaningful the images will be to you & how much fun wedding days are! I’m driven by emotion & humour & I document it in a candid way.

So what does having me as your photographer mean for you? You will feel comfortable with me & you will have guests asking if I am a family friend. You will have my support, guidance & help.

I’ll make witty banter with the family during portraits, have a bubbles with you, capture the small details & the big moments & even help get the dance floor started if needed to help you celebrate! My approach will suit you if you want the emphasis on the experience, the people, real feelings, joy & love, without contriving or setting up anything fake. The best bits are often spontaneous & unscripted, in the in-between & unguarded moments.  

My favourite weddings to photography are the ones where people welcome me like family & I can be one of you for the day, while documenting it all.I will never ask you to do something a second time or do a ‘set up’ version of something. Without the fake, forced shots, real moments have room to happen & they are hundreds of times more meaningful.

I have been working professionally as a wedding photographer for over a decade in & around Queenstown & New Zealand. Awarded Master with Distinction 2020 from NZIPP. New Zealand Institute Professional Wedding Photographer of the year 2017.
