Wine Cave: Carved deep into a mountain side, and lined with more than 400 French oak barrels of aging wine, our wine cave will make any occasion a memorable event. Its atmospheric ambience makes it particularly popular for hosting an elegant dinner or a cocktail reception, for up to 28 guests, as well as for wedding ceremonies.
Wine Vault: The Wine Vault is a spacious multipurpose venue with an abundance of natural light. The room’s elegant neutral décor is beautiful as is, or can easily be themed to suit any occasion. Vaulted ceilings lend themselves well to hanging flower arrangements or lighting.
The room holds a special place in our history as it’s where Gibbston Valley founder, Alan Brady, stored some of the first barrels of Pinot Noir produced.

The Winery Restaurant: Our Winery Restaurant features a simple, rustic décor that radiates warmth and comfort. Suitable for up to 80 guests, this venue offers the most versatility and can include access to our lounge area, Cellar Door and courtyard area with additional outdoor seating, giving your guests lots of room to mix and mingle.
For summer weddings the courtyard area is well suited for garden games, whilst the Cellar door, with its leather seating and fireplace, provides a warming ambience for winter weddings.
Exquisite Food & Wine: Our renowned Executive Chef, Anthony Gradiska, will craft your wedding menu perfectly suited to your individual taste. Our menus use organic and sustainably produced ingredients, grown in the chef’s garden or carefully selected from local artisan suppliers.
Your menu will be paired beautifully with our premium, handcrafted wines and to make each and every ingredient sing. Menu is seasonal & dietary requirements can be incorporated.
Our classically-styled Gibbston Valley NV Methode Traditionelle is a fantastic celebration wine for your wedding, and of course we have many other award-winning wines on offer, meaning your family and friends will be spoilt for choice.
